Terms of service


  • Casa Concetto reserves the right to retain the Product(s) in the event the customer fails to pay in full pursuant to the invoice. Arrangements for delivery of the Product(s) will only be made after the customer has made full payment.
  • You may make payment for the Product(s) using Paynow, Master/Visa,(Instalment plans).
  • Changes of customised products are subjected to approval and a restocking fee will apply
  • Casa Concetto reserves the rights to schedule the delivery date and time. If the customer is not at the delivery address at the mutually agreed time, Casa Concetto reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost involved in the re-delivery of the good(s).
  • In the event Customer requests last minute changes to the deliveryto delivery schedule. A second delivery charge will be imposed. (Minimum of 3 Working days)
  • All Good(s), except display sets, are sold and delivered in good working condition and are covered with a minimum of (3) year warranty from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects. (Refer to our warranty scheme)
  • Customers shall bear all repairs costs that are carried out for defects that do not qualify under the warranty scheme, or for those beyond the warranty period
  • Casa Concetto should be discharged from any liabilities arising from injuries, expenses, damaged or consequential loss, which may be attributed to the use of Good(s).
  • Customers shall inspect the Good(s) upon delivery. Should there be any visual/superficial defects, the Customer must notify Casa Concetto within 24 hours after the delivery. Casa Concetto reserves the right not to address any complaints on superficial defects after the stipulated time frame.
  • All transactions and customer’s information are kept with the strictest confidence and collected solely for the purposes of completing sales transactions.
  • Casa Concetto shall not be liable or be deemed to breach the conditions of Sale if the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond Casa Concetto control. Casa Concetto may however choose to substitute the delayed Good(s) with others of equivalent value, subject to the Customer’s agreement.
  • Product images are for illustration purpose. Actual product may vary due to natural materials, photoshoot lighting conditions and screen display settings.
  • Casa Concetto reserves all rights to schedule the delivery date and time.
  • In the event Customer is not present at the delivery address during the mutually agreed time, Casa Concetto will reschedule the delivery and Customer will bear for the cost involved for reschedule.
  • We may modify or update the Policy from time to time for reasons including:

          (a) changes in how our business operates;
          (b) changes in the legal or regulatory requirements that we must comply with; or
          (c) changes in how we accept payment from you.

  • However, any order of products by you will be governed by the terms and conditions available on our site at the time you place the order."
  • 18. Any Contract made between you and us is only made between you and us. No third party will have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
  • 19. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the Products ordered. This includes ensuring that the Products ordered will pass freely into your room of choice, they fit in that room, can be transported through the door of your flat or room, stairs and doorways, and there are no other issues that could make delivery more complicated or impossible.
  • 20. You must keep the contact details we hold for you up-to-date so that we can contact you if necessary about your order or the delivery of the Products.
